Hotels Rules and Regulations

Check-in time is 14:00 pm. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 12:00 pm. on the day of departure.

On arrival, guests must register at the hotel reception desk. All guests are requested to present a valid passport, visa or travel document to prove their identity and to indicate the purpose of their stay when they check in at the hotel.

Check out time is 11.00 am. Guests are requested to inform both the reception desk if you wish to prolong your stay (time / day). Extension will be given depending on the availability.  If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged.

Payment for all hotel services may be made by cash or credit card. Please pay your bills whenever requested by the Front Desk while staying at the Hotel. All bills are due upon demand.

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bed (breakfast for child 4-12 years is 150.- baht). Baby cot will be provided upon request for child under the age of 2. 

Only 2 guests are allowed to stay in a double room, the third guest must pay 1,000 Thai baht for extra bed including breakfast.  (Breakfast only is 250.- baht)

No guest is allowed to give up his or her room to be used by third parties even if the room has been duly paid for. Inviting strangers into the guest rooms, to use the facilities and or amenities is prohibited. For security reason, joiner must register at reception before entering the room.

Please do not leave important personal belongings or valuables unsecured in your guest room. The hotel is not responsible for the safety of guests’ personal belongings and valuable items. However, the safe deposit boxes maintained by the Hotel are available at the front office.

Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause.

Left and unclaimed items will be kept for a period of 1 month from your departure date, unless otherwise instructed.

Smoking is strictly not allowed in the hotel and violator is subject to a fine of 2,000 THB (Two Thousand Thai Baht).

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

Bringing illegal items, exotic plants or animals is prohibited. Durian or anything that causes bad smell is strictly not allowed in the hotel.

Using photographs and video's taken in hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.

The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith ,guests and other individuals using the hotel services are asked to make sure their conduct should not disturb other guests. The hotel may refuse its services to individuals who violate this rule. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.
